About

For his entire life, Larry Bychowski has been artistically gifted. Whether he is painting on canvas, building with wood or creating designs with glass and mirrors, he always wows his audience.

Although Larry has worked professionally as an artist, he has done the bulk of his work privately for friends, family and the occasional client. His creations are not forced, but done from the heart for the people he cares about. After viewing his samples, you will agree that this feature comes shinning through.

Larry has drawn influence from many sources throughout his life.  From the wilds of the north woods, to the geometric marvels of the big city, Larry has cultivated his visions.  However, no influence in his life has had more of an effect on him, and his art, than his service in Vietnam.

During Larry’s 13 month tour of duty, he spent time down south in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta as well as in the north when he served in Marble Mountain.  As a crew chief of a tree top level recon aircraft, the Mohawk, Larry experienced things that movies are made of.  Larry was even forced to eject at an altitude of less than 500 feet after taking fire from ground forces.  His wartime experiences have led to some amazing paintings and many accolades from Larry’s audience.
