Full Draw Design is a small graphic design firm that caters to predominately small to mid-sized companies in various industries. We specialize in website design, e-mail marketing and print design; including catalogs, brochures, marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail, product packaging and more. Since the company’s start in 2006, owner and lead designer, Brian Bychowski has maintained certain core standards from himself, his staff and sub-contractors. Simply put, communication and exceeding expectations are the most important goals for Full Draw Design. Bychowski states, “We feel that clear and continuous communication between our staff and our clients makes a project go smoothly and allows us to meet our second, equally important goal of exceeding our client’s expectations. If all parties are on the same page throughout the process, we can make some fantastic results that are sure to provide our clients with the finished pieces they were searching for.”

Firm History
Full Draw Design began out of necessity. With many colleagues expressing their unhappiness with their existing marketing and design firms, Brian Bychowski set out to create a company that would focus on each client’s specific needs and tailor the output to fit their business instead of simply offering “cookie-cutter” ideas and a lack of enthusiasm for the client’s end-goal. A common complaint of other design and marketing firms is their lack of communication and attention to detail. With Bychowski’s impeccable reputation for meeting deadlines and maintaining clear and concise communications with clients, the acquisition of new business began with gusto.
As the firm grew, and with larger projects, came the need for a qualified, detailed orientated and technically skilled project manager. Knowing of one person that fit this criteria perfectly, Bychowski brought in Derek O’Sullivan who was perfect for Full Draw Design. Adding O’Sullivan created many new and exciting opportunities.
